General provision 2016

The Article 1 : The maximum amount of temporary borrowing depending on budget of revenues and expenditures and account in 2016 shall be as follows.

The Article 2 : The details on budget of revenues and expenditures shall be described in “Budget of Revenues and Expenditures” of Appendix.
The Article 3 : The reserve for the general accounts shall be 15,586,884 thousand KRW.
The Article 4 : The limit of municipal bond issuance shall be 3,000,000 thousand KRW.
The Article 5 : The continuing expenditure businesses shall be described in “Continuing Expenditure Business Report” of Appendix.
The Article 6 : Any expenditure that is included in the basic personal expense can be mutually utilized in accordance with provision stipulated in Clause 1, Article 47 of the Local Finance Act.
