Article 2 : The items of revenue and expenditure budget shall be the same as “Revenue and expenditure budget” in the Appendix.

Article 3 : The reserve fund of general accounting shall be 5,753,539 KRW.

Article 4 : The limit of local fund issue shall be 9.8 billion KRW.

Article 5 : The limit of local fund issue shall be 9.8 billion KRW. The expense included in total labor cost shall be mutually used in accordance to Clause 1, Article 47 of the Local Finance Law.
